Growing up in the mid 2000's & early 2010's I lived on the internet discovering and studying my favorite surf blogs. I'd spend hours everyday reading and studying each essay, photo or video. This could just be a nostalgic ideal, but I believe this to be a space for me to seperate from the Meta washing machine, and curate a space that can live and breathe on its own for people who are interested to take there time and engage with. Without being bombarded by algorythmic content and AI.
I spent the first 18 years of my life 2 and half hours inland in Baltimore, Maryland. As a teenager during that time period, early internet blogs and magazines were the only way for me to feel connected to surfing during the times I couldn't be at the beach. Creating my own space for Accel feels to be the most natural way to communicate on the internet for me. No distractions or algorythims. If your interested in what im up to I encourage you to comment and interact on the page. I created this custom blog site by hand (keyboard) and hopefully you can feel some of that energy through your screen.
Thanks for checking out what I'm up to and I look forward to connecting with you or collaborating together in the future.
